Chantal has been appointed pianist of the Gustav Mahler Young Orchestra for the Easter Tourney 2018. Conductors were Lorenzo Viotti and Vladimir Jurowski.
She has performed in 13 hall around Europe, including Semperoper (Dresden), Philharmonie (Luxembourg), Teatro Comunale (Pordenone), Musikverein (Vienna), National Forum of Music (Wroclaw), Kulturpalast (Dresden), Elbphilharmonie (Hamburg), Alte Oper (Frankfurt), Auditorium National de Musica (Madrid), Auditorio (Alicante), Fundation Calouste Gulbenkian (Lisbon)

She has been invited to perform in New York, Miami and Italy for Festival such as Miami International Piano Festival, PIANO LAB, Missione Musica, Da Capo Salon Series. Her collaborations included cellist Luca De Muro and composers Paolo Marchettini, Milena Zhivotovskaya and David Winkler besides many other musicians.

Chantal is the founder and the Artistic Director of the Inaugural season of the Lunigiana International Music Festival in Fivizzano (Tuscany, Italy) which will be held from June 18-28, 2018.

Over ten days, outstanding faculty from prestigious worldwide musical institutions such as
the Accademia di Santa Cecilia in Rome, Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra
and Leipzig Opera will lead students in lessons, masterclasses, chamber music, concerts and a
competition to perform with orchestra.

Il 2 novembre a New York il duo flauto-pianoforte composto da Giorgio Consolati e Chantal Balestri Brooklyn eseguirà “Variazioni su un tema di Beethoven”

Sassari. A Brooklyn si suonano le musiche di Roberto Piana. Il vivace e cosmopolita quartiere newyorkese ospiterà il prossimo 2 novembre, presso il prestigioso Center for the Arts, l’esecuzione della nuova composizione del pianista e compositore sassarese, il brano “Variazioni su un tema di Beethoven”, recentemente pubblicato dall’Editoriale Documenta. A portarlo in scena il duo flauto-pianoforte composto da Giorgio Consolati e Chantal Balestri: interpreti di eccezione perfezionatisi rispettivamente alla Juilliard School e alla New York University e con una carriera concertistica di successo che li ha visti esibirsi nei maggiori teatri al mondo, tra cui la Carnegie Hall e il Lincoln Center. Per le musiche di Roberto Piana si tratta del debutto nella Grande Mela, dopo i consensi riscossi in terra americana, in Alabama, California, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon e Texas.
